The only thing he could do after that was wait, but nothing happened&#8230; legally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Talley lost his job with the Chino Unified School District, his teaching credentials were revoked and he said his life was turned upside down. But he was never formally charged with the crime.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On July 5, more than a year after he was arrested, a Superior Court judge granted Talley&#8217;s request for a factual innocence motion.
