This can only be presumed if the following are proven to be true:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) sent a notice for an Order of Suspension\/Revocation to the defendant informing them that their driving privilege has been temporarily revoked or suspended<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The suspension notice was sent to the offender\u2019s most recent address<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The notice wasn\u2019t returned as unclaimed or undelivered to the DMV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Other_Related_Offenses\"><\/span>Other Related Offenses<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Other traffic offenses are similar to or are often charged together with driving using a <a href=\"https:\/\/wefight4you.com\/criminal-defense-attorney\/upland-dui-attorneys\/california-suspended-license\/\">suspended license in California<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Driving without your driver\u2019s license: is only an infraction and carries only the possibility of a fine but no jail time.
